Craze Dance Academy

Matt constructed our web site, www.crazedanceacademy.com.au. I found Matt very easy to work with, as I initially had apprehensive of the extra workload necessary to keep a web page up to date. Matt was happy to tutor me on my computer, teaching me about analytics, search engines and e-commerce.

His expertise and tutorials made my web page easy to use and well within my budget with the use of open-source software over paid commercial software, something I was completely unaware of. He also advised the use of member signups to help keep our security on photos and videos. I now have a web page which I can upload images, video and information and manage with ease and without it being a nerve-racking experience. The fact that I can keep my web page up today myself means the content is relevant for my students, parents and visitors, keeping them up to date with up and coming events and news happening within the studio. I am extremely happy with the web page and the fact we now receive up to 40 hits a day from my students and relatives means it is doing its job, with very little time needed.

Bob Jamieson Agencies

Bob Jamieson Agencies’ website was designed and constructed by Matt Harmer. We found Matt to be more than helpful when we first decided to approach the idea of a website for our business. With our design requirements and list of needs of what we wanted our website to do for us, Matt went about building our site to our requirements. Then, as building the site, Matt consulted with us his progress. This gave us the confidence that this website was going to be, precisely what we wanted and needed, as well as keeping within our budget.

From our site, we can update the information displayed regularly with ease. Matt has provided us with ongoing support and we find the site easy to use and practical. Not only can we add written information, but we use photos, videos and pdf attachments. We have found the online tutorials extremely helpful in these areas. Matt not only provided us with an excellent website but also takes care of our hosting.

Bob Jamieson Agencies is extremely happy with the service we receive. We were advised about analytics, search engines and e-commerce opportunities which we have taken advantage of and are proving to be very useful. We also like that Matt checks in on our site to see what is happening in our “world”. It proves to us that we are an important part of his client base.

We would thoroughly recommend Matt to anyone who is considering setting up a website. We have found him to be very professional and efficient.

Small Business Online Training

“Matt Harmer has delivered IT Training at a meeting attended by myself and other employees in 2008. I found the training to be not only comprehensible but also enjoyable, which for me was a first as I did not learn about computers until in my late forties and because of this, I find them to be extremely confusing and difficult to manage.

Matt has a way of explaining things without talking down to people or making them feel inadequate. I would highly recommend Matt to deliver information technology to anyone. He is also very good at offering IT business solutions to small businesses. As a Small Business Consultant, I have used and recommended Matt’s services to many clients who have been extremely happy with what he has produced.”

Suzanne Parker – Small Business Consultant

Texas Angus

“We’ve been using Matt Harmer for the last 10 years as our web developer, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. Matt rebuilt our webpage (Texas Angus) to become more user-friendly and display the right amount information we needed to get our message across. He made it so we could manually update when needed and if we ever had a problem, he would have it fixed within 24 hours. Matt’s experience is second to none, and he would be a valuable IT member of any company.”
